• Those without a Qualifying Public Value may only enter into Little Award contests but may Farm Serendipity-Bonus™ from any Ticker module for uFRC. Serendipity-Bonus™ remain unvested as uFRC with restricted application, such as entering into Big Award contests and for future Leaderboard-Game-Credit™;

• If you do no meet the required Qualifying Public Value you will be required to return 5 uFRC for one Data-Entry submission to a Big Award contest, or alternatively, 1 FRC can be returned to self-sponsor or third-party sponsor any Team or Watcher into any Big Award contest; 

• To streamline administration, Data-Entry for Little Award Ticker contests will not be released or confirmed to be accepted until the maturity of the contest; and

• Those meeting the Qualifying Public Value, known as Hunter-Class Certified, are permitted Data-Entry for any contest, claim awards and make Concierge Requests with private emails.

5/8/2025  Honored participants are advised that under Rule 18, Finance Royale has accepted Watcher MD's  One-Time option to convert FRC to PIK Awards comprising of $1,500 in the Big Award and $4  in Serendipity-Bonus™. Those who have an FRC registration do not need to claim awards, and any of their farmed Serendipity-Bonus™ are rolled into their FRC balance at the end of each quarterly earnings season if they have a positive FRC balance. Please check your online Track-Record and make a Concierge Request if there are discrepancies. Finance Royale reserves the right to award notional Serendipity-Bonus™ towards KYT-Achievement™ efforts without predefined formulae or warranties as to their utility, and may expire, be rescinded/terminated or vested into other awards and FRC at the sole discretion of Finance Royale. There are now currently zero FRC outstanding.

4/22/2025  Honored participants are advised that Rank-Titles™ will be based on the greater of either the number of active registrations for the year (i.e., 32 active registrations) or the number of actual entries (i.e., 11-13 entries per Ticker). Hence every entry for the March Ticker Tourney will receive a Rank-Title™. Please check your online Official Track-Record. Some have been awarded Unvested Finance Royale Credits (uFRC) and you may remove any Rank-Title™ for 1 uFRC upon Concierge Request.

4/16/2025  Honored participants are advised that the Big Award of $1500 requires a SCORE based on all finance sector Eligible Ticker forecasts (i.e., one submission is unlikely to be sufficiently competitive), while the Little Award of $500 is given independently to each non-finance sector Eligible Ticker.

4/15/2025  Honored participants are advised of the verified earnings report of TSLA scheduled for 4/22 After Market Close. The Rules & Awards specify the penultimate day (i.e., 4/21) for last Data-Entry, however we will accept all submissions prior to 4/22 4 p.m. EST, as long as there has not been any accidental early release Before Market Open or late change in scheduled earnings release date.

4/14/2025  Honored participants are advised that BIGDATA1, once refreshed, now provides earning dates for Tickers reporting in April in column T of the BIGDATAUPDATE sheet. Data-Codes can be customized for EDATE using the provided macro on the Data-Code sheet. Earnings dates will only be provided one-time and will no longer be updated during the March Earnings Season.
