Make sure to select GAAP and Normalized/Non-GAAP to switch between adjusted forecasts. 

04/18/2026 Historical quarterly reports provided in the BIGDATA Worksheet can be used to estimate a customized tax-rate on Quarterly Income Before Taxes ("QIBT")  within the Forecasting Tool.

04/16/2026  Honored participants please avoid becoming too vested into accurately forecasting or perfecting each Ticker's forecast: Finance is an averaging process, whereby your performance improves qualitatively and quantitatively over time. See for example Team Bruce Wayne's improving accuracy over two seasons. Since there are no "known answers", it should be expected to have some forecast variance. Hence no fund manager can perfectly pick Winners every earnings season. The objective of the Forecasting Contests is to obtain a generalist understanding of the drivers of various businesses and accumulate vocational experience within time constraints.

04/15/2026  Honored participants please note that the Forecasting Tool is useful for rapid data entry, but the Long Form submission will gain higher Public Value by answering Know-Your-Ticker™  questions and providing higher Leaderboard standings. One suggested strategy is to use the Forecasting Tool to rapidly generate initial estimates and submit them immediately, and then refine them for final submission using the Long Form.

04/13/2026  Honored participants please note that Bonus Awards depend upon early forecast data-entry: submit early place holder estimates of forecasts, and revise/refine them later prior to contest close. This also makes your forecasts more useful to the finance community and increases your Public Value. 

04/10/2026  Honored participants please note that the institutional password asked in the Student Registration Form and the Concierge Request is the generic one provided by your student representative, and not a private password or your Submission Password. 

04/05/2026  Honored participants please note Rule 18 - if you elect Finance Royale Credits, please make sure to provide some identification if you wish to convert the account to  PIK Awards using the One-Time Option or to receive an official vocational track-record.
