Please do not initiate a Concierge Request via email: unsupported direct emails and completed Concierge Requests will be deleted to protect your privacy and identity.  Unwarranted Concierge Requests may result in administrative fees being applied against your future awards and credit balances.

Contact Method 1 - Google Forms: Please submit only your institutional student email in the firstname.surname@ format preferably when claiming awards consistent with your registration in the third-party Google form below.

Contact Method 2 - Cell Phone: For more secure communications, leave a voicemail message and provide your Private Registration name/handle (and not your Public Pseudonym), institutional student email and/or callback times by calling +1 302-319-2950. Please use your personal cell phone with Caller ID enabled (i.e., personally registered/KYC sim), and we will contact you via your preferred communication method. Please have your registration details ready if you require a callback. We will not respond to unidentified callers and messages.
