Virtual-Resources

This is the current List of Virtual Resources. These resources are intended for co-operative participants who wish to continue their multi-year vocational experience, share contest models, access Finance Royale's network storage and to communicate with other contest participants via LAN Messenger or to eventually build their own franchise by continuing to maintain documentation and activity to support their vocational track-record.

Future planned database and market platform access for Solo Traders and Teams may require VPN access to ensure regulatory compliance.

<<THE FOLLOWING PRIVILEGES AND VIRTUAL RESOURCES DURING BETA CONTESTS >>

• Hunter-Class have a public track-record on the website.

• Hunter-Class have access to Concierge assistance without FRC or uFRC.

• May use their private e-mails to continue participation using a legacy institutional password and collect Awards as alumni and beyond.

• Subject to approval at the sole discretion of Finance Royale and resource availability, request from Concierge complimentary access to Finance-Royale's Virtual Resources such as VPN internet,  LAN messenger, dedicated virtual machine access and/or network access to shared folders and other resources as they become available.

<<THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC VIRTUAL RESOURCES ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE >>

• VPN access via OpenVPN: download the client and contact Concierge for configuration files to be sent to you. 

• Finance Royale's Philly internet and shared network accessible either from assigned Virtual Machines ("VMs") with any Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection client  once VPN connection has been established, or from your (white-listed) PC with access to Philly-based internet and network.

• Shared VMs are Windows 7: designed for quick access for web browsing,  LAN messenger and network data storage. After each season shared-VMs are reset: only network data storage is backed-up.

•  Complimentary customized VMs with Windows 10 subject to availability due to higher resource requirements. 

• Separate machines are allocated to Finance Royale Teams and Solo Traders, but with equal access to shared network to encourage model-sharing and transparency. Read-write access to shared networks  and backed-up/synced locally or via personal Box Inc. account.

• 2 CPU 8GB Windows 10 VM: 500 FRC p.a. [1 Available]

• 4 CPU 16GB Windows 10 VM: 1000 FRC p.a. [1 Available]

• 8 CPU 64GB Windows 7 VM: 2500 FRC p.a. [1 Available]

• 4 CPU 4GB Windows 10  Single-Tenant Workstation: 500 FRC p.a. [1 Available]

• 4 CPU 8GB Windows 10  Single-Tenant Workstation: 1000 FRC p.a. [1 Available]

• 6 CPU 8GB Windows 10 Single-Tenant Workstation: 1500 FRC p.a.  [1 Available]

FRC are not issued, and are only awarded.
