The following are planned development for various uses of Finance Royale Credits ("FRC"), and are subject to change without notice.

Virtualization Development - available only to institutional participants and alumni

• Access to virtual floors in designated UI-based buildings displayed on the website: with short-term (e.g., until end of Annual reporting season) and long-term "leases" (e.g., two year), and option to extend at fixed FRC (e.g., a further two years).

• Depending upon the floor hierarchy, various floors will have differing access to communication to allow collaboration (e.g., all participants on same floor may have access to text-based chat).

• Depending upon the floor hierarchy, various floors will have differing access to US-based virtual machine hardware resources (e.g., compute, memory, storage), network storage and backup hardware.

• Depending upon the floor hierarchy, various floors will have differing access to US-based virtual machine software resources (e.g., Excel, encrypted containers and backup).

• Depending upon the floor hierarchy, various floors will have differing access to US-based bandwidth to mitigate geoblocking of websites.

• Depending upon the floor hierarchy, various floors will have differing number of concurrent logins on each floor-based virtual machine.

• Depending upon the floor hierarchy, various floors will have dedicated access to virtual machine customization and administrative rights.

• Depending upon the floor hierarchy, various floors will have dedicated access to financial resources such as a shared US prepaid credit card.
